Magda said that her experience as a patient of Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care was “probably one of the best experiences I have had in a physician’s office.”
She was most happy with the wound care expertise she received.
“I have never experienced an office that is dedicated to wound care and managing wounds,” said Magda. “The fact they are certified in wound care comforted me. They were extremely cautious and took care of my leg, and I didn’t have to worry about any problems.”
Although her primary care physician referred her to another practice, she needed a practice that was more conveniently located to her work and home. Additionally, she was happy that she was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Novikov sooner than most places could see her.
Magda appreciated the excellent feedback she received during her appointment time.
“They always let me know what they were doing and why they were doing it,” she said. “They answered my questions thoroughly. Every single person was attentive and very comfortable to be around. They were really kind, professional and courteous.”
