JD is a new patient to the practice who had noticed some lumps on her scalp. This was familiar to her as years ago she had previous cysts removed by a dermatologist, who has since retired.
Upon the suggestion of her mother, JD made an appointment with Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skincare. Her mother had a similar issue and had the cysts removed with the practice and was happy with the procedure and results.
“It was easy to make appointments and everything was great and went smoothly,” JD said. “The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was surprised he was always on time – I never had to wait. The visit notes were very understandable and easy to read; the follow up care was fine.”
JD said it was a total of about two weeks from making the initial appointment to having the procedure completed and having the follow up appointment and being discharged.
