A Background in Healthcare and Leadership
Caroline brings her experience as an Operations Manager for a home health care agency. There she specialized in managing patient services, streamlining operations, and ensuring consistent customer service. She holds a Master’s in Business with a concentration in Health Sector Management from Suffolk University—an education that fuels her commitment to healthcare leadership.
Her guiding principle? “Get people the healthcare they need, when they need it.”

Caroline thrives on building efficient systems, enhancing patient experiences, and creating a positive workplace culture.
“I love the operations side,” she said. “I was drawn to Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care because of its small-practice environment with big growth potential. The role is an opportunity to not only grow the company—expanding its patient population and facility partnerships—but also to challenge myself professionally.”

Beyond the Office: A Love for the Outdoors
When she’s not optimizing office operations, Caroline is likely skiing, hiking, rock climbing, or paddleboarding—and always with sunscreen on! Having lived in England and even spent a year on a boat in Salem, she loves adventure but is happy to be back in Massachusetts near her family.
