The Patient was referred to Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skincare by his primary care physician for a leg injury. Previously, he had experience with larger hospital wound care centers; however, in his opinion, his experience with Dr. Novikov’s practice has been the best.
He said the providers are “extremely knowledgeable and focused.”
“I appreciated the fact that they were able to order prescriptions for me and, most importantly, were willing to deal with the insurance company to push for the best technological bandages to help me heal quickly,” said the Patient, who wishes to remain anonymous. “They did everything and anything necessary to accelerate the healing process.”
Another plus he shared is the accessibility of the practice with no worries about parking, valet, or a lot of walking to an appointment.
“It’s easy to get to and is on the first floor,” he said. “To be able to park and walk in is a tremendous benefit.”
The Patient also complimented the reception staff and area.
“Reception is always quick and waiting times are negligible, which is amazing,” he said. They do a great job scheduling and attending to folks while they are waiting, which is a very big plus. What is very visible is that the employees work as a team and all are all very happy working there.”
The patient gives the practice a “5-star, gold rating.”
“They do a marvelous job to the point where I will go back to have surgery to remove a cyst, because I trust them,” the Patient said.
