Christopher Piascik has known Dr. Mikhail Novikov and his staff professionally and “would recommend in a second”. He is employed as a nurse at one of the facilities, which Dr. Novikov partners with to treat wounds of patients on site. When Christopher had a questionable mole of his own, he became a patient himself.
Initially he was referred to another provider, but due to the start of the pandemic, that provider was unable to schedule an appointment. Christopher did not want to wait and reached out to Dr. Novikov’s office.
“He was the first person I thought of,” said Christopher. “I knew what he did and he was always very professional at the facility.”
Christopher said he was initially a little apprehensive seeing a doctor that he knew outside of being a patient, but it was a positive, easy going experience from the start.
“He is professional, has a great sense of humor, is super nice, chatted with me through the procedure and made me feel comfortable,” Christopher said. “The staff was the same way. At no time did I feel uncomfortable.”
The mole on his back was removed and pre-cancerous cells were found. All the follow ups have come back perfect.
“I would recommend him in a second,” said Christopher. “He went out of his way to schedule me quickly and I appreciated everything he did.”
