Communication about what to expect post procedure was also important. G.O. said his questions were answered and the after care discussed is exactly what happened. He was comfortable with what he experienced afterwards.
“He [Dr. Novikov] showed me how to treat the wound,” he said. “There was drainage from the cyst, which was expected. There was nothing surprising or super alarming post procedure.”
He would definitely recommend the practice to other patients.
