He noticed how Dr. Novikov takes time with all his patients.
“I knew the wound wouldn’t heal overnight,” Victor said. “Dr. Novikov told me everything before he did it, kept me informed, and told me how long it would take to heal.”
He also commented that all the staff were good at what they were doing.
