‘I felt I was in very good hands’

Betty was a patient of the practice for 3 ½ months and would “absolutely recommend” it to others needing wound care.

After a fall, she developed an ulcer on her back and initially received treatment at a hospital in her home state. During her care, she moved to the area and needed someone to continue providing care. With a referral by her primary care physician, she became a patient of the practice.

Betty has been “very happy with the results.”

“The care was excellent, prompt, and very personable,” she said. “They were willing to share information with me and willing to explore other avenues for healing if they thought it would work better.”

She said she felt comfortable and confident in the care she received.

“I felt I was in very good hands and everything was explained well– there were no surprises,” said Betty.
