Patient David Joyce has a history of non-healing venous ulcers and his case is complicated. He has seen Dr. Novikov for over a year after what he describes as a nightmare about the care he received from another wound care center.
David said that there has been “great communication” throughout his care.
“Dr. Novikov is open and honest about things,” he said.
In fact, Joyce said that his wound needs more aggressive treatment and Dr. Novikov doesn’t have the equipment needed and referred him to a specialist at St. Vincent Hospital.
“The staff is excellent, and I am very happy with the care received,” he said. “I would definitely recommend the practice.”
