Patient Doris Ettinger’s first experience with Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care was a “good experience for a bad situation.”
Doris was referred to the practice by her primary physician and this was her first experience with a wound care specialist.
“I needed prompt attention and was fortunate to get in right away,” she said.
After ten appointments over a two-month period, Doris healed and was discharged. She said there were no long waits, the office staff was friendly, and the Physician Assistants were great.
“They were very thorough,” she said. “I loved them all. They make you feel at ease and like you are being taken care of correctly and everything is going to be alright. I had faith in them; they are very professional in what they are doing.”
Doris also felt that she was not the only one happy to be healed.
“Everyone was happy to see the healing process,” she said. “They all came out to say goodbye.”
