Patient Edward Jelley has been perfectly satisfied with the professional performance of Dr. Novikov and his staff.
“I think it is first rate,” he said.
Edward has been a patient of the practice since March 2021 after he was referred by his primary care physician.
As a first-time patient, he said it was very easy to make an appointment and be seen quickly initially.
“Dealing with my kind of problem is difficult,” he said. “I have done the best to cooperate with the doctor and physician assistants. The service is good and I have no complaints.”
Edward said the follow up appointments have all been positive and he would “absolutely recommend” the practice to friends and family.
