Quick appointment scheduling and healing outcomes of a long time lesion impressed Patient Bill Rabkin.
He had a wound lesion behind his ear where the stem of his eyeglasses made contact with the skin. Bill had this ongoing issue for more than 6 months. He saw other doctors, but they did not have a solution. That is when he was referred to Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care for an assessment appointment.
Bill was seen one day after he called for an appointment, which he said is not the norm.
