Patient Jim F. came to the practice for a lipoma excision.
He had a lipoma removed years ago and knew they are hereditary and are not critical to be removed. He decided to independently look outside the normal channels this time and found the practice online.
“I called and came in for a consult with Dr. Novikov,” Jim F. said. “He was fantastic and for the procedure, I was in and out in 45 minutes with a follow up to remove the stitches.”
He said he never felt as though he was being pushed through or wasting anyone’s time.
It was a total of two weeks from phone call to discharge.
