Patient Ginna had an injury to the back of her leg that wouldn’t heal and was getting worse. After an ER visit and being bounced back to her primary care physician, she was referred to Dr. Novikov’s practice.
She admits that she felt like she was being handed off to yet another doctor but is so glad that her PCP made the recommendation. She wishes that she had come to the practice first.
“The providers all have a different style, but all are excellent,” she said. “I felt they cared. They are so kind and get the job done.”
Ginna said she is not one to waste money or insurance money if she is not getting results. She felt the practice gave her the care needed with positive results.
Another bonus for Ginna was that the office is local.
“Everyone was helpful and nice,” she said. “It doesn’t really seem like a doctor’s office. They provide care like a doctor, but it seems like a spa or maybe it is the way they treat you. It’s a pleasant place to get better –it’s a place you want to go to get well.”
