William Bishop struggled with an issue for a few years before his primary care physician referred him to Dr. Novikov’s practice. The issue was resolved within a month of being a patient under the care of Dr. Novikov. William especially liked the proactiveness of the care he received.
“I really didn’t have a good treatment plan in place before seeing him,” he said. “The doctor was thorough not only with obviously taking care of me at office visits, but he also made me feel there is a plan in place if something comes up again. It made me feel good about having them on my side.”
William said he doesn’t normally partake in patient testimonials, but his experience was so great that he had to share.
