David was very comfortable being a patient of Dr. Novikov a second time after his first experience a few years ago was overall positive.
“The practice has a good track record and a clean, modern facility,” he said.
During the procedure, David said that Dr. Novikov was always cognizant of his pain levels and explained each step of the procedure.
After the initial procedure to remove a cyst, David encountered some complications with the wound care procedure.
“The wound wasn’t healing right, but it was Memorial Day and the office was closed,” David said. “I called the office and within an hour heard back. I was shocked. That was the most rapid response I ever had dealing with a doctor. He took time to explain things and eased my nerves.”
He said that the combination of Dr. Novikov and Physician Assistant Paige was great.
“I didn’t feel like it was a factory churning out patients,” he said. “You don’t need to go to a big operating room…he does it all there himself. Plus, my costs were minimal as they work well with insurance companies.”
