Michael Garceau’s mother Rose was under Dr. Novikov’s care for a few months after being referred by her doctor.
“He was wonderful,” Michael said. “His assistants were wonderful. Everyone had a smile and was upbeat. Overall, A+++++.”
Michael commented on the cleanliness of the office and how comfortable and welcoming the office felt as soon as they stepped into it. He also commented on the background piano music playing, which he approved of as a musician himself.
“Mom loved it and was pleased with the demeanor of everyone,” he said. She was happy with the progress of the wound healing.”
He noted that Dr. Novikov was “soft spoken, but was direct, and everyone knew what to expect.”
“If you don’t want to go to a hospital setting, this is the place to go and it is worth the trip,” Michael said. “It’s absolutely a gold medalist.”
