PC is a new patient to the practice and was treated for six weeks for an issue that is now resolved.
He noted Dr. Novikov’s good bedside manner.
“He explains things and is friendly, knowledgeable and I appreciate the care he takes outside of the medicine part,” PC said.
PC was impressed with the communication between providers.
“The team is very tightly coordinated,” he said. “Each provider was up to date on my case and I never had to reexplain or catch someone up. They knew what needed to happen next.”
PC also said it was easy for him to obtain an appointment, the office ran on time, and he didn’t have to wait long to be seen once he arrived for the appointment. He appreciated that experience; something he has not seen at a lot of other doctor offices.
“I was very satisfied with the care and results and the overall experience,” he said. “I certainly would recommend the practice to others.”
