Patient S Martin has only the highest praise for Dr. Novikov. Both he and his wife have been patients.
“Dr. Novikov knew exactly what he needed to do for the problem and he did it,” S. Martin said. “He took charge. He said he was going to fix it and he did.”
After a negative experience with a different wound care provider, S. Martin was referred to Dr. Novikov by his primary care physician.
He said with a new doctor, you never know what to expect. He was impressed with Dr. Novikov’s professionalism and how easy it was to work with him.
“Dr. Novikov took over 100%, and I have no problems now and owe it all up to him,” said S. Martin. “You are wasting your time if you go anywhere else. He is one of a handful who doesn’t fool around and gets the job done. I am pleased and thankful. This man should be teaching medicine.”
He said it was easy to make appointments and the staff accommodated his schedule.
“They knew exactly who I was, what I was doing and made arrangements for the doctor to be there,” he said.
After 3-4 months under the care of Dr. Novikov, S. Martin said other wound care doctors “should take lessons from Dr. Novikov. If I had been sent to this man prior to being sent to another doctor, I would have been on the mend sooner.”
